BIOETHICS DAY The Department of Pediatrics at CHKD sponsors Bioethics Day each year. On Thursday November 29, 2007 the CHKD Bioethics Advisory Committee will present the 18th Annual Bioethics Day in Brickhouse Auditorium. The theme for the day is "Making a Difference - Advocating for Children" and will begin at 8 AM for Pediatric Grand Rounds and continue through the day until 3 PM. The keynote speaker will be Marilyn Tavenner, MHA, Secretary of Health and Human Resources, Commonwealth of Virginia MD. There is no charge to attend this conference. Pre-registration is requested. All repregistrants are welcome to enjoy a box lunch provided during the noon presentation. |
