Pediatric Anesthesiology

The Division of Pediatric Anesthesiology provides anesthesia, perioperative and pain management services at CHKD and for most CHKD patients who require anesthesia at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. In addition, the anesthesiologists provide care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, offer postoperative pain management and perform preoperative screenings and assessments.
